The land is located 7 miles west and 4 miles north of Olivet, S.D., or 7 miles east and 4 miles north of Tripp, S.D. RI Tract I West One-half (W1/2) of the Southeast One-fourth (SE1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Ninety-eight (98) North, Range Fifty-nine (59) West of the 5th P.M., County of Hutchinson, State of South Dakota (approximately 79.33 acres, more or less); and TractII West One-half (W1/2) of the West One-half (W1/2) of the Northeast One-fourth (NE1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Ninety-eight (98) North, Range Fifty-nine (59) West of the 5th P.M., County of Hutchinson, State of South Dakota (approximately 39.67 acres, more or less) There are approximately 117.75 tillable acres per FSA BIDS Sealed bids will be received until noon on Monday, November 26, 2018, at the office of Boyd Law Firm, P.O Box 200, 306 Fourth Street West, Clear Lake, S.D. 57226-0200. All mailed bids must be clearly marked with the words "Baltzer Bid on the outside of the envelope OPENING Bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at the Hutchinson County Courthouse (east conference room 1st floor), Olivet, S.D. Only those persons having submitted a written bid may attend the bid opening. All bidders shall have the right to orally raise their bid at the time of the bid opening TERMS: 10% of the purchase price shall be paid to the Boyd Trust Account on November 28, 2018, as a downpayment by the successful bidder(s). The balance shall be paid at the closing to be held on or about the 28th day of December, 2018.
