Dimock Dairy Inc., located in the heart of pheasant country, is the oldest cheese plant in South Dakota, opening its doors in 1931. Throughout the years Dimock Dairy has changed little in its cheese production processing, continuing to make premium handmade cheese for over 85 years. We have 23 flavors of cheese and continue to try new, exciting flavors.
