About
Whispering Winds Senior Living was built in 2001 by Greenleaf. MCDC (Miner County Development Corporation) purchased it in 2003. The current owners purchased it in 2008. It is currently owned by four brothers, Joe, Al, Brian & Ryan Spader. They were all raised in Howard and graduated from Howard High School.
