About
Phelan is a South Dakota native and has been an active member of the community not only being a Chamber Ambassador, but as a member of the Huron Board of Realtors, SD Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He has been an Associate Broker for 21 years and was 2006 Huron Realtor of the year, which also means he has a great eye and lots of connections to local contractors, and landscapers. He has great instincts when it comes to selling, and as your agent, you'll have those too. His other passions include coaching a Championship Golf team at JVCS and is a USBC Hall of Fame member as he is an avid bowler and Board of Director of the Huron United States Bowling Congress. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 22 years, his son Ryan, and his loyal dog Marley.
