Deb Watley grew up in Iowa where she read, played the flute, read, babysat, and read some more. Now she lives in South Dakota, makes lots of lists, visits historical sites, and kayaks on her pond.
She coordinates a local children’s writers’ group and is also a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI), American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW), the Alliance of Independent Authors (ALLi), and the South Dakota Archaeological Society. Tiffany Harris is an illustrator, artist, and avocado enthusiast who lives on her family’s cattle ranch in Iowa. When she’s not painting in her studio, Tiffany can be found haunting the library, having coffee with friends on the porch, and hunting for “treasures” in old barns.
