To schedule an appointment or receive services after-hours, please contact (605) 669-2121. Calls made after-hours will be forwarded to our contracted nurse triage service, Call 4 Health. A Registered Nurse will provide a one-on-one assessment to guide the caller to the appropriate level of care.
Jones County Clinic offers health care to all ages, from prenatal care to geriatrics. Jones County Clinic is an All Women Count provider, State Immunization program participant, and offers a sliding fee discount program.
The health center offers monthly “free immunization” clinics, as well as reduced rates for health maintenance screenings at least semi-annually.
