In contrast to site-built homes, Superior Homes “stick builds” all products in an environmentally controlled building center which assures the materials are never exposed to the rain and snow.
With the Superior Homes advantage, our products are built stronger with engineered truss floors and roof systems. All support material utilizes #2 lumber with exterior walls, interior walls at 16" spacing. 2"x6" exterior walls with double OSB sheathing are standard in a Superior Home. This feature provides over 30% more lumber in the walls and a much quieter home over ordinary homes with 2"x4" walls. The "Superior Homes" advantage includes better-built floors, walls, roof and home.
