DIRECTOR OF CODING Watertown, SD Successful candidate must have strong leadership & strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to manage & facilitate coding related functions for the coding team. The team is comprised of coding, clinical documentation improvement & utilization review staff. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring & managing staff adherence to coding regulations, national coding guidelines & Medicare's conditions of participation as it relates to utilization review Requirements include a Bachelors Degree preferred, with AHIMA approval status with successful completion of a coding certificate RHIA, RHIT, CCS and/or CCS-P certification status preferred from the American Health Information Management Association.
