Prairie View Healthcare Community is now part of the Welcov family. Formerly known as Prairie View Care Center in Woonsocket, South Dakota, it is an 52-bed skilled nursing facility, providing transitional, long-term and memory care. The community opened in 1970 and offers specialized services and therapy programs. There are opportunities for private rooms in special wings and a separate unit for Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia.
